Seated on a horse, whose front legs are perched on the shoulders of SriMahamuni; holding a whip in His hand and the fierce look of a warrior; Sri Ondi KaruppanaSwamy protects His devotees, and ensures justice and self-discipline among them. He never forgives those who sin or indulge in wrongdoings. He drives away all evil thereby ensuring the well-being of His devotees.
